今天和double a的一个朋友吃午饭，才发现他们已经从外滩中心搬出去了，据说是景色更棒的一栋楼。我们公司的纸都换成了double a，质量明显比以前的好很多，纸面光滑质感很好，而且环保（原料都是人工种植的速生树木），虽然贵了一点点，但是还是物有所值的。

《星尘》，2007暑期档的影片，主演除了男主角是初入hollywood的英国新星Charlie Cox外，其他都是熟的发紫的。女主角是16岁出道和Leonard演绎现代版Romeo and Juliet以及和Jude Law在I Love You, I Love You Not中演对手戏的Claire Dane，女配角是Michelle Pfeiffer，男配角是Robert De Niro，连旁白都是指环王的白胡子老头Ian Mckellen。这样赏心悦目的阵容，加上童话的故事，还有什么让你对这部影片说不的理由呢？

 

故事本身定位为魔幻系列，但不同于纳米亚传奇，这不只是教导小朋友勇敢善良正义的儿童片，还加入了一点西方传统的王子公主的情节，适合单身的人捧着爆米花做梦，也适合情侣依偎着甜蜜。

 

想象力则是我最喜欢的地方，巴比伦蜡烛，被红宝石撞下来的星星，随着心情的好坏发光，在天空中捉闪电的“海盗”，喜欢文艺却要装man的海盗头子Shakespear，还有头脑简单却很可爱的一帮宵小。飞翔的的海盗船，让我想起天空之城。

天哪，我终于看了下了许久的《姨妈的后现代生活》，斯琴高娃老师的上海话说得真不灵光，但是不愧为老戏骨，骨子里的清高与对现实生活的无奈妥协不着痕迹地融合在了一起。如果你喜欢以下方面，可以考虑去看这部电影。
- 看发哥操着广东普通话演绎游手好闲的骗子
- 一睹深居美国的卢燕真貌（上海话真是地道）
- 看赵薇穿着俗气地骂人（难得有点演员的份儿了，稍稍感动了一下）
- 听久石让的配乐（和他那些经典动画的配乐风格一致，非常美妙）
- 真的很文艺，真的很愤青，或者，真的很无聊

现在是14号凌晨1点钟，睡不着。毕业后第一次失眠，看电视也不行，数绵羊也不行，只好爬起来上网，现在正在下载联众的游戏大厅，刚注册了个帐号。msn上还有不少人，除了国外在其他时区的，大部分都是审计的同事们。真辛苦啊。不过小鱼说她只是理论上加班，就和她瞎聊天了。今天中午吃饭还在说最幸福的事情就是吃的下睡的着，怎么立马就让我不幸福了一下呢。大概是平时睡多了，算了，醒着就醒着吧。联众下好了，开始打牌吧。后天大闸蟹，要和大家一起切磋大怪陆子呢。

今天读书看到的一段话，很受用。红色的话感同身受。

 

Let your teammates know why they are doing what they are doing. People want to feel that what they are doing is adding value to the client. There are few things more demoralizing than doing something that you and your team leader know is valueless. No one on your team should ever feel, "I've just spent two weeks of my life for nothing."

 

Treat your teammates with respect...Respect doesn't just mean politeness. It means remembering that your teammates may have different priorities than you do, and they may have lives outside of work...There will be times, of course, when the team must work all hours, but be sure it really is one of those times before you call a team meeting at 10pm. Respect also means never asking someone to do something you wouldn't do or haven't done yourself.

PS：今天早上又听了一遍Steve Jobs在Standford的演讲Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish，这个家伙是我相信APPLE的最大动力。It's more than a product. It's a faith to sell.

昨晚公司年会，在滨江大道的国际会议中心，150余桌。前年在浦东的香格里拉，去年在佘山的世茂艾美，桌数逐年递增，不知道什么时候会想普华一样摆到国际展览中心。昨天的主持是3个部门3个美女PAR，外加外援译男。主要还是公司同事的才艺竞赛单元，但已经改成评分制，好像是有专门的裁判打分，所以不会出现以前大家投票导致audit永远票数第一的问题。嘉宾请的是胡彦斌，没再像去年对王啸坤那么疯狂，远远地听了几首他比较新的歌（他最近好像很久没有出新专辑了...）。

 

中途ERS出来拍集体照，无奈人数过于庞大，我们站成了大半个弧形还是5层的那种，好像拍了2张，但是我都没有看到镜头（我在第三层...）。结束后和同事去正大好乐迪，碰到可以占2个大包房的审计同事。唱歌到1点，回家睡觉。本来以为难得熬夜应该睡到中饭，没想到还是8点不到就醒了，年纪大拉...起这么早，上来写点废话，回头有好图再贴吧。

Rather than fearing what may happen, embrace any setbacks you encounter and consider them learning opportunities. Use your imagination to find ways to turn each new development into a growth strategy for your business. This steady stream of accomplishments will prepare you for the day when your big goal becomes a reality.

 

Treat your goal like a huge playground; never stop exploring all the ways you can accomplish it, and have fun along the way. As you conduct your research and test your hypotheses, you will gain the skills necessary to make substantial changes to your business. And taking the opportunity to invigorate your entrepreneurial spirit will give you the confidence you need to take on your next impossible mission.
